Refund Policy

All items purchased at Loredana Signore  Online can be returned within 10 days from delivery for exchange, store credit or full refund.

Please, contact our customer service team at: info@loredanasignore.com to inquire a return label. Items must be returned new, unused and with all labels and dust bags attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
 

All pre-orders are a binding purchase agreement and are non-refundable, however are valid for exchange or credit for new purchase.
Any pre-ordered items will be shipped from 4-6 weeks after purchase. If there are any changes, we will communicate these accordingly.
All pre-orders will be charged immediately at the time of purchase.
We will allow pre-order cancellations within 48 hours from the date the item was purchased.

All in stock sales orders are final and non-refundable.
